Refund Policy
What happens to tuition already paid if a student cancels or withdraws. Please read this before you enrol.
The $50 registration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. The terms below apply to tuition only.
Cancelling or withdrawing
Before the programme starts
Cancel before your first class and two thirds of the tuition paid is refunded.
Within the first 15 days
Withdraw within fifteen days of the start date and half the tuition paid is refunded.
After 15 days
No refund is issued. Any outstanding fees remain payable by the student or guardian.
Where no refund applies
Tuition is not refunded where a student is required to withdraw, or is removed from a programme, for any of the following:
- Documents that are incorrect, incomplete or falsified
- Breach of school policy or programme rules
- Poor attendance, or failing to attend scheduled classes
- Involvement in criminal activity while in Canada
Appeals in exceptional circumstances
We will consider an appeal where something genuinely serious and unforeseen has happened — a documented medical emergency, for example. Tell us as soon as it happens rather than afterwards, so we can review it properly.
The following are not accepted as grounds for an appeal:
- Forgetting to attend classes
- Work commitments or timetable clashes
- Poor time management, or personal inconvenience
